Loretta Burk, long term Rental Specialist at Hoang Realty, is also a specialist in customer service. Working with clients on both ends – landlords and renters – she finds a way to do what’s best for all parties.
Matching tenants with appealing places to live is rewarding, she said. One client recently signed a lease on a local apartment he spotted online, and moved here from South Dakota.
Loretta is a Rental Agent with deep knowledge of Central Maine (a Jefferson native, she now lives in Pittston with her husband and two sons) and a broad geographic base centered in Augusta.
