Rentals – of residential properties including single-family homes, apartments, and condominiums – are handled full-time by Rental Specialist Loretta Burk. Six years ago, she took over the division, which Owner/Broker Hoa Hoang established.
Loretta is an acknowledged expert on local properties, which are generally within 45 minutes of Augusta. Working with both tenants and landlords, she matches renters with pleasing, well-maintained properties that are convenient to workplaces and to desired attractions.
Loretta conducts all showings and provides leasing documents. Properties may be unfurnished, or furnished. Rental durations vary and are determined by landlords.
Clients are sometimes homeowners needing temporary accommodation before moving into a new property. Often, they are professionals from out-of-state working in or near Augusta, the state capital; or at facilities including Maine General Health Hospital.
The great majority are repeat clients who know and appreciate Loretta’s professionalism and dedication to personal service.
