She never once pushed me to make a decision. She listened to my goals, needs, and limitations and honored all of them. She went above and beyond to support and stand in for me at times as I was out of the country for part of the buying process. Her technical and procedural knowledge is top notch, and she’s a genuine down to earth person who was lovely to share the home buying experience with!
