She was prompt in responding to an endless list of questions and concerns as it has been a very long time since my first home purchase and this was to be a second home. She was so easy to get along with and was incredibly responsive to our (MANY) questions. She was incredibly efficient and professional and I appreciate her so much. My experience of Hoa Hoang has been of a very personable, kind, resourceful, and responsive landlord.
