She was incredibly efficient and professional and I appreciate her so much. My experience of Hoa Hoang has been of a very personable, kind, resourceful, and responsive landlord. She was exactly what we needed as first time homebuyers because she had the expertise to guide us through every step of the way clearly, and the patience to explain it like we’re 5th graders when that’s what we needed too. She led us through negotiations, helped us get everything we were after and more, and did more than we ever could have expected to help keep things on track and keep the team organized so we could close on schedule.
