Just like Hoang Realty, the Hoang Associates Team is all about growth. The Team now numbers three real estate professionals.
When Hoa founded Hoang Realty in August 2013, Broker Heidi Witham was the first REALTOR® to come on board. Their working relationship has always been close over the years. Not only close, but also complementary. “Often, I am very, very business-focused,” Hoa said. “Heidi is always amazingly good with people. “While I am crunching numbers on our clients’ behalf, Heidi is in direct communication with them. It’s a rare person whose personal skills match her acumen as an experienced REALTOR®. But that’s Heidi.”
Sydney Burgoyne has been a key to Hoang Realty’s success for the past ten years. She arrived as Hoa’s personal assistant and receptionist, and her roles – now Licensed Transaction Coordinator – have kept expanding since. “Everything that goes through the office, from marketing to closings, Sydney ‘touches,’” Hoa said. “That’s how valuable she is. She is the go-to for everyone at Hoang Realty, and she’s the first person you want on a team.”
But there’s more to the Team than people. Meet Ruby A. Dunn and Asia. Ruby, a peppy and adorable poodle, was re-homed with Hoa after the passing of close friend and "chosen family” member Kathryn A. Dunn. Asia is a double doodle. “Her dad is a labradoodle and her mom is a golden doodle,” Hoa explained. “She’s absolutely precious, calm and affectionate”. Asia is a perfect fit for the always-growing Hoang Associates Team.
