There is also a new propane furnace. This is non-smoking property. Some pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis (no dogs permitted).
A first month’s rent, a security deposit of $1,450, good credit, background checks for anyone 18 and older, and 12 month lease terms are required. All utilities, snow removal, and yard care are the tenant’s responsibility.
