FSBO is a method of selling your home without the involvement of a Listing Agent. In an FSBO scenario, the seller assumes the responsibilities that would normally fall to their agent, such as pricing the home, arranging showings, and negotiating the deal. 

     Our For Sale By Owner (FSBO) Program is designed to empower homeowners who want to take control of the selling process. The beauty of this program is that you get to be in the “driver's seat” and control how you sell your home. 

     The biggest advantage our For-Sale-By-Owner Program can provide is that we will list your property on the MLS. Once your property is on the MLS, your property will then automatically get pushed out to other sites like Zillow, Realtor.com, and countless others! Step 1
Select which package you would like to purchase and reach out to the FSBO team via email or over the phone to start the process.

Pay for the package you would like, sign the FSBO contract, agreements and receive the resources.

Once you have completed the required paperwork and your property listing is live on the MLS, you will need to market your property and manage showings.

To find your eligibility or refund requests, please review the package you purchased and refer to the fine print for details on our refund policy. That depends because every listing is different! When you sign the contract, you will be able to select what day your listing will go live. You can choose to select a date a couple of weeks out or even up to a couple of months from the time of signing. This affects when the property will go live on the MLS. 

While the FSBO program allows you a lot of control over the selling process, there are still rules/regulations/laws that you will need to abide by. When there is a change in the status of your property, we need to reflect those changes on the MLS  within a set amount of time and which is why we require 24 hours' notice. After the contract is signed, we are also required to upload the property to the MLS within a set amount of time, so to not incur any fines, you will need to ensure you have turned everything in to us so we can process that for you.
